Palivou Estate

Palivou Estate represents a multigenerational winemaking family with deep ties to winemaking in the Ancient Nemea region. The modern estate was founded by George and Aggeliki Palivou in the early 1990's, and today George and Aggeliki's daughters, Evangelia and Vassiliki, have taken the winery into the next generation of winemaking. Their wines have become recognized among the best in Greece and are found on wine lists all over the country. Evangelia has a degree in oenology/chemistry and Vassiliki manages marketing and business operations; together they are a formidable sister duo.

Anemos White

Roditis 70% Moschofilero 30%

A blend of two indigenous Greek varietals. Roditis brings body and minerality while Moschofilero brings floral and citrus notes. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on the lees for 3 months.

Pairing: Fresh seafood, light pasta dishes, and salads.

Agiorgitiko 100%

A young and fresh expression of Agiorgitiko. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 6 months in French oak barrels. The wine has aromas of red fruits and spices with soft tannins.

A classic expression of Nemea Agiorgitiko. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and has aromas of black fruits, spices, and vanilla. The tannins are well integrated and the finish is long.

Sweet light gray-salmon color. Youthfully fragrant wine with spring-like expressiveness of aromas. Rose petals, jasmine and lime along with fresh melon and rose Turkish delight. The mouth is light, silky and cool while remaining rosy. The acidity caresses the palate and remains until the end that lasts for a long time.
